No. Gearkeun holds your money and only passes it to the seller once you press "item received". If you never press it, the money is released automatically 7 days after the courier records the parcel as delivered, unless you open a complaint within that time.
Open a complaint from the order page before the 7-day inspection window ends. Attach photos or a video, unless the parcel never arrived at all. The money stays held while the complaint is open. Gearkeun decides the outcome: the item goes back and its price is refunded to you, the price is reduced, or the money is released to the seller.
Yes, as long as the seller has not shipped it yet. If you have already paid, the item price is refunded to you. The shipping cost and service fee are not, because Gearkeun pays the courier when the order is made.
24 hours from creating the order. After that it is cancelled automatically and the item is back on sale. Until you pay, the item is not yours yet: the first buyer to pay gets it.
The seller has 3 days from your payment to ship. If they miss it, the order is cancelled automatically and the item price is refunded to you.
A 5% commission on the sale price, and only if your item sells. No listing fee, no monthly fee. The price you set is what the buyer pays, and you receive that price minus the commission.
Open Consign, fill in the item details, upload front, back and side photos, and set your price. For a helmet you also state its SNI status. Gearkeun reviews the listing first, and it goes live in the catalogue once approved.
You do. The item stays with you until it sells, so nothing is sent to Gearkeun first. Once the buyer pays you have 3 days to ship. The courier is booked from the order page, the tracking number is created for you, and you choose between a pickup and dropping it at an agent yourself.
Once the buyer confirms receipt, or once the 7-day inspection window passes with no complaint. You then withdraw it to a bank account or e-wallet from the Payouts page, with a Rp 2.775 withdrawal fee. For transactions over Rp 5.000.000, a withdrawal can be requested 24 hours after the money is released.
No. What is guaranteed is that the status is always stated: every helmet listing says SNI or No SNI, including the ones without it. That is the seller's statement, not a certificate Gearkeun has verified, so check the SNI label in the photos before you buy.
Around five years from its production date as a rule, because the impact-absorbing liner ages even when the helmet is rarely worn. When the production date is still legible, the listing shows the helmet's age. Listings also say how long the seller has owned it.
From real courier rates, from the seller's address to yours, and you pick the service at checkout. Couriers charge the greater of the real weight and the volumetric weight (length times width times height divided by 6,000), so a large, light item like a helmet can bill heavier than it weighs.
Returns happen through a complaint, not a change of mind. If Gearkeun decides the item goes back, the seller pays the return shipping, and once they have paid you have 3 days to hand the parcel to the courier. The item price is refunded to you once the seller receives the parcel.
