We reply on working days, usually within 24 hours. Reports of an item not matching its description come first, because the buyer's funds stay held until they're resolved.
If what arrived doesn't match the listing (different condition, wrong SNI status, or a production date that doesn't check out), don't confirm receipt yet. The funds stay held while the order is unconfirmed, so report it before pressing confirm.
